Working principle

The waste radiator is first sent to a double-shaft shredder by a conveyor for primary crushing. The double-shaft shredder squeezes and tears the radiator into small pieces, and then the waste radiator is sent to a vertical crusher by a conveyor for secondary crushing, the Hammer crusher fully disintegrates the radiator fragments and squeezes and kneads them into a high-density pellet. The crushed small particles are separated by magnetic separators from the iron in the materials. The remaining copper and aluminum go into the gravity separators for fine separation, to separate the remaining copper and aluminum.

The main equipment

  • With a high degree of automation, only 2-3 staff are needed for the whole line.
  • The treatment process is equipped with a dust collection system, which effectively controls the dust overflow.
  • The sorting adopts two-stage specific gravity sorting to improve the sorting accuracy, and the purity of the sorted copper, iron, and aluminum is >99%.
